OUR SERVICES

APPEALS AND TRIBUNAL
The Department of Home Affairs will refuse or cancel a visa if a legislative requirement is not met. DC Immigration will assess your case, advise you on your options, and represent you in appeals to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART).

VISITOR VISA
This visa is intended for individuals who wish to travel to Australia for tourism, to visit family and friends, for business purposes, or other short-term stays. A range of visitor visa options are available depending on the purpose and length of your visit.

STUDENT VISA
A student visa is intended for individuals from overseas who wish to undertake full-time study in Australia. It can also serve as a valuable first step toward building a long-term future in Australia, including a potential pathway to permanent residency.

SKILLS IN DEMAND
Australia is actively seeking skilled workers across key industries such as healthcare, engineering, construction, IT, education and trades. If your occupation is on the Skills in Demand list, you may qualify for a skilled visa under one of the following streams:
Core Skills Stream – for occupations on the relevant skilled occupation lists
Specialist Skills Stream – for highly paid applicants earning $135,000 or more annually
Labour Agreement Stream - for roles covered under a formal agreement between an employer and the Australian Government
DC Immigration can assess your eligibility and support you through every stage of the application process.

PARTNER VISA
If you are the spouse, de facto partner, or fiancé(e) of an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen, you may be eligible to apply for a Partner visa under the Migration Regulations. This visa permits you to reside in Australia on a temporary basis while your relationship is assessed, and may provide a pathway to permanent residency, subject to meeting the relevant legislative requirements.

OTHER VISAS
In addition to skilled and partner pathways, there are a range of other visa options available, including:
Parent visas
Other family visas
Business and investment visas
Refugee and humanitarian visas
DC Immigration can advise you on the most suitable visa pathway based on your individual circumstances.
